What to include
- Listing corrections: Include the listing URL and what needs updating (hours, address, phone, services, membership pricing, etc.).
- Suggest a tool library:Share the organization's name, city, state, and website if you have it. We verify every submission before it goes live.
- Run a tool library? If you operate a tool library and want to claim or upgrade your listing, mention your organization name and your role.
- Press, partnerships, or research: Tell us a little about your project so we can route the message to the right place.

Operators can also use our self-service form at List Your Library. It takes about three minutes and goes through the same verification queue.

Response times
Most emails are answered within 1–3 business days. Verified listing corrections usually go live within a week of receipt. Bulk submissions (5+ libraries at once) may take a little longer while we cross-reference each entry against public records.
